What is RADS?

RADS (Russian Agency for digital Standardization) is an authorized institution for DOI registration in Russia and CIS countries.

Russian Agency for Digital Standardization (RADS) is an entity created to standardize a huge number of scientific publications in Russia and the CIS countries. RADS register DOIs for academic datasets to improve their availability and future citations. All the datasets are stored in RADS repository.
